The Lower Molise village hosts the intervention of the Dutch artist Beatriz de Rijke. The inauguration on June 23rd at 6.30 pm.

From 22 June to 29 September “Una Boccata D’Arte” returnsthe project conceived by Marina Nissim, president of the Elpis Foundation, to enhance the entire national territory, with focus on small towns. There are twenty villages and towns from all over Italy, one for each region, chosen to host twenty interventions by twenty contemporary art artists of national and international fame.

Molise is there to represent it Guardsman, which hosted the young Dutch artist Beatriz de Rijke and her intervention entitled “The Sacred Ordinary” coordinated by Michele Tiberio for Threes (curatorial team and creative agency based in Milan that selects the artists and takes care of the realization of the projects, for the 2024 edition, in Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise). Inspired by the church of Santa Maria Assunta, Beatriz de Rijke creates a work in three acts, which reflects on the semantic transformation of everyday objects into witnesses of history. The artist was enthusiastic about the experience in contact with the village on the outskirts of lower Molise and she hopes that her work can convey happiness and unite. The inauguration will be held on June 23rd in Guardialfiera at the headquarters in via Romeo Carlo 10 at 6.30 pm.
