Gastronomic news in Udine. In via Villalta 68 “BON!” was bornthe young woman’s first venue entrepreneur Neshua Cudiz (who at just 27 years old already boasts significant experience in high-level wedding catering) which offers the quality of Friulian home cooking for those with little time.

Bon, in fact, offers ready meals prepared by professional chefs, using only the highest quality raw materials and favoring local sources. The recipes, inspired by grandmother’s preparations Anna, they combine the Italian tradition with Friulian roots.

Each dish is meant to be ready in just two minutesallowing customers to enjoy them directly in the room or to take them home or to the office. The packs can be stored in the refrigerator for 40 days and can be consumed after just two minutes of heating in the microwave.

“We are excited about this new opening, which represents an important step forward in our commitment to providing quality dishes, accessible to all and rooted in the tradition of our territory – states Neshua Cudiz -. We want our customers to be able to enjoy a meal like grandma’s, even with little time available.”

The “BON!” initiative is not limited to the quality of the food, but aims to strengthen the connection with the territory Friulian, valorising the local products and the culinary traditions. This project also represents a significant example of female entrepreneurship: Neshua Cudiz, thanks to her passion and determination, was able to create a business that combines innovation and tradition.
