The request for accreditation of banners, flags, creation of choreographies and accreditation of cheering instruments, such as drums and megaphones, at the Gewiss Stadium is based on the provisions issued by the National Observatory on Sports Events and must be received starting from 9 am on the 10th ° day (tenth) day before the date on which the sporting event will be held and by 6 pm of the 3rd (third) day before the date of the event itself to the address [email protected].
All requests complete with the required documentation and meeting the requirements of the new regulations will be submitted to the Atalanta BC Event Management Delegate (DGE) for approval by the GOS (Security Operational Group) and the relevant figures. Requests that have obtained the authorization, and therefore accepted, will receive confirmation from the DGE Atalanta BC via email to the applicant’s address.
Drums and megaphones will be authorized within limits defined in agreement with the GOS, exclusively for certain sectors and only and exclusively in compliance with the envisaged authorization procedure which requires prior communication of the people who will introduce and be responsible for the correct use of such instruments.
