Wednesday 21 November 2023 – Local public transport stops will be guaranteed in Val d’Agri after a technical table found the solution that students and commuters had requested.
He was summoned by the regional councilor for Infrastructure, Dina Sileowhich confirms that “the stops will be ensured until the end of the school year, guaranteeing the safety of students and the efficiency of services”.
Anas, the Mayors of the municipalities of Spinoso, Armento, San Chirico Raparo, Brienza, Missanello, Montemurro and Gallicchio, the Co.Tr.AB and the Province of Potenza took part in the technical table, held in the department.
The former infrastructure councilor is calling for a solution to the problem, Donatella Merrawho recalls that the same had already been identified last month in another meeting in the region “to avoid – specifies in a note – the interruption of an essential public service and to guarantee users, commuters and students, to be able to continue to use local public transport in complete safety and without further inconvenience, using alternative stops to those indicated as unsuitable on the SS598”.
