(PressMoliLaz) Campobasso, 21 Nov 23 The traditional “Black Friday” at the end of November becomes “Yellow Friday” at Poste Italiane, with discounts reserved for the 200,000 families of the Group’s employees and pensioners, of which around 1,200 in Molise.
“Yellow Friday” – active from 20th to 30th November – it is part of Poste Italiane’s broader corporate welfare plan which includes Poste Mondo Welfare, thanks to which employees can convert the Performance Bonus into goods and services while enjoying the tax advantages offered by the legislation.
The month of November, among other things, has already reserved a surprise for Poste Italiane employees who will receive a “one-off” bonus of 1000 euros in their paychecks to combat the high cost of living.
Specifically for the “Yellow Friday” initiative, promotions are underway for the Group’s employees and pensioners on products such as the BancoPosta account, Poste Energia’s electricity and gas offer, the PosteCasa Ultraveloce Internet connection and Poste Delivery Web and Remote Digital Signature, discounts in addition to the over 500 offers of products and services from partner companies in the sectors of well-being, home care, travel, sport, gastronomy and much more.
Faced with the demographic crisis, Poste Italiane is also implementing various initiatives to support employees who become parents such as “Yellow Ribbon” which involves sending a box with everything needed for babies: from bottles to care products and personal hygiene down to clothing for the first few months.
These are accompanied by initiatives dedicated to health and prevention, starting with the creation, at the Rome headquarters, of the Poste Medical Center, a center of excellence dedicated to the care of Poste Italiane employees, their families and pensioners.
