On December 26, the Group of 10 concluded twelve years of programming with Gianni Cazzola’s trio, celebrating a magical restaurant that will close its doors on January 1, 2026. The perfect farewell: “Our heartfelt thanks go to the owners, Stefano Pariali and Roksaneh Kadhivi – underline Alessandro Mistri and Massimo Cavalleretti –. We’ve been here for 12 years. A real synergy has been created. Thanks to them we feel at home or in a real jazz club, a place of absolute entertainment that has allowed us to work with our imagination.” Top-class jazz musicians, music artists, entertainment and cultural figures have passed through the venue. “I will conclude this experience in style with the New Year’s Eve dinner – announces Stefano Pariali – proposing, with the musical bingo, the union of my passion for music and music videos, video projections and flavours. These are days of events and beats that I feel deeply in my heart, with a swarm of people arriving and experiencing the place”.
The new project from 2026
From the new year Pariali will dedicate himself to the new project: “I want to start with mine Cinesonor – tells -. Discover villages and silencesarriving in deserted landscapes, in wineries for example, where music accompanies the sipping of wine, the breath of nature and the notes. I want to be able to make my contribution which is not simple business economics. I want to be more of an artist than an entrepreneur. I’ve had a dream since I was young and it’s time to try to make it.” Fellini-esque atmospheres that he has carried with him since in Portomaggiore, in the evening, he stayed with his father Enrico who managed the Dancing Nuova Fontana and who during the day, as a fruit juice lorry driver, took him to explore companies around Italy. The project, which unites the two souls, is based on a caravan equipped with vinyl records and turntables, and is already in demand: “I have requests – he admits – this is why I want to leave and others still need to be created.”
Stefano proudly shows continuity with his roots: “Here in the open I have preserved the ancient barrels and vats that were at the origins of this place – he says – creating events also linked to the ancient vineyard of which I managed to preserve some rows”.
“Now it’s time to live my artistic side”
Finally, he explains his decision to leave the management: “I didn’t want to buy – he admits – because I didn’t want to stop here. I have an idea that is the fruit of the emotions that I always transform. I was very young. I had to be hired as a barman but instead we created the place from scratch. At the beginning with friends, then with my partner giving an innovative imprint. Now it’s time to experience my artistic side combined with everything I have learned and given to Spirito”.
