Monsummano (Pistoia), July 2, 2024 – “I smile at the criticism. I ignore it and move on. We want to live our history”. These are the words of Angelica Donati37 years old, company manager and daughter of Milly Carlucciwell-known showgirl and host of “Dancing with the Stars” e Angel Donatientrepreneur.
The woman, in a long interview with Vanity Fair, speaks about the day after of the wedding with Prince Fabio Borghese in the latter’s noble villa, in Montevettolini, in the municipality of Monsummano. One of the weddings of the year in Tuscanywith many famous faces participating, from Nicola Porro to Simona Ventura.
Angelica Donati She focuses in particular on the criticism she received on social networks for the large age difference between her and the prince. Fabio Borghese is 57 years old. “The criticism makes me smile and often comes from people who wouldn’t have the courage to repeat those words to my face,” says Donati. “My husband and I arrived at the decision to get married with great serenity. I hope to build something with Fabio that we would never have been able to do alone.”
The couple’s honeymoon will be in September. Angelica Donati she talks about her wedding day. “It was a great emotion, I think I’ve never cried so much in my entire life,” she says. “What was especially exciting was walking down the central aisle of the church with my father.” On the commitment of marriage: “I’ve always loved going to weddings. But I’ve never thought about getting married. With Fabio, however, things took a natural turn that led us to plan a life together.”
The ceremony was sober, with music but without excess, as the bride says: “We called a soprano from the church and some musicians for lunch. But at dinner we just wanted a little bit of music”. The banquet took place in the Borghese family villa. Which is also a wedding location. The party took place in a large glass pavilion decorated by the staff of wedding planner Silvia Slitti, who took care of the day.
