CoopVoce should debut in 2026 with the launch of 5G and, according to some rumours, the debut could take place shortly, in the same period in which the new range could also be presented CoopVoce Turbo 5G.
If CoopVoce had initially declared that, by the end of 2025, the 5G service would be introduced on the Vodafone Italia networksubsequently, towards the end of summer 2025, the CoopVoce Customer Service on social networks, responding to requests for information on the launch of 5G, began to indicate also the possibility of a postponement to a later period, with a debut expected at the beginning of 2026.
Now, however, as also emerges from the responses provided by CoopVoce Customer Service on social networks, such as Facebook, it is indicated directly the beginning of 2026 as the expected period for the activation of the 5G service.
According to some rumors collected by MondoMobileWeb, the launch of the new tariff range CoopVoce Turbowhich will also include enabling to Vodafone Italia’s 5G networkit should happen Thursday 8 January 2026, subject to any changes.
According to the same rumors, the first offer should be called CoopVoce Turbo 200 5G and it will be on the market from Thursday 8 January to Wednesday 4 February 2026with a price of 7.90 euros per month and a bundle consisting of unlimited minutes to all national numbers, 1000 SMS and 200 GB of data traffic up to 5G.
For the debut, the offer Turbo 200 should predict a promotional activation cost of 0 euros both for new customers who carry out number portability (MNP) and for existing CoopVoce customers (in these cases it will be therefore it is necessary to bear only the cost of the first month in advance).
For new CoopVoce customers who will request a new number, however, if the offer Turbo 200 at 7.90 euros per month could be activated, there would be an activation cost equal to 10 euros.
At the same time, with the enabling of the 5G network, the offer should also be introduced Turbo 400 5G for 9.90 euros per month with a bundle of unlimited minutes, 1000 SMS and 400 Gigabytes of data traffic up to 5G.
At the moment these are exclusively rumors e possible variations with respect to what is reported cannot be excluded.
The offers CoopVoce Turbo 5G will include an estimated maximum speed fino a 2 Gbps in download e 200 Mbps in uploadwithout any limit compared to what is currently foreseen in 5G with Vodafone (green square 5G sticker).
To use the fifth generation network you must have a compatible smartphone and be under 5G network coverage.
Please remember that CoopVoceas a Full MVNO mobile telephony virtual operator, currently allows new customers and almost all existing customers to use the Vodafone Italia mobile network in 2G e 4G.
In fact, as already told in detail by MondoMobileWeb, CoopVoce officially announced on 18 July 2025 that it had chosen Vodafone Italia as its sole partner for the mobile network on the national territory, thus leading to the abandonment of the TIM mobile network afterwards over 18 years of partnership.
In this way, as specified by the Coop Italia operator, by the end of 2025 the transition of all CoopVoce SIMs still active on the TIM network to the Vodafone Italia mobile network, now part of Fastweb + Vodafonethe corporate brand for Swisscom’s activities in Italy.
In the last days of 2025, CoopVoce is therefore engaged in the progressive migration of existing customers still registered on the TIM network to the Vodafone Italia mobile network. However, it is not possible to say with certainty that the operation has already been completed, also considering that as of December 30, 2025, no official communication has yet been received in this regard.
In this regard, some CoopVoce customers with SIMs active for several years, previously under the TIM network, have already migrated on the Vodafone Italia mobile network for several months.
