The exploit in the world of the road gave us the opportunity to take a look at the official Quick Pro website, on which we discovered the Deft XC, the most interesting of the MTBs produced by the Chinese company.
Below are the main details.

Modern design with 110mm of travel

At first glance, the Quick Pro Deft XC seems like a full bike with little travel, but in reality it delivers 110 mm of travel at the rear wheel.
The scheme is very simple, a single pivot without joint on the carriage and with flexible seat stays, but thanks to the small link present that acts as a bridge between the rear stay and shock absorber it is possible to significantly amplify the real excursion of the suspension.

This design is truly in step with the times, something you don’t expect from a Chinese brand semi-unknown to most bikers…
A design, which in addition to promising well in terms of operation, also allows you to reach a very interesting weight, in fact the bare frame weighs 1685 grams in size Mwith hardware and shock absorber it weighs less than 2 kg, not bad.

Geometries okay, but not for everyone…

The Quick Pro Deft XC has some very interesting geometries, with limits on sizes: these range from XS to L, but the largest is still small for a medium-tall European rider, let’s say 180 cm and above.
To be clear, the sizes of this model are purely Asian and therefore not for everyone.

On the contrary, less tall or medium-sized riders can take advantage of modern and balanced geometries.

The structure of the Quick Pro Deft XC is in high modulus and high strength carbon.
