Today Poste Italiane makes available different modes to consult and download your card statement, adapting to your needs those who prefer digital and of those who, instead, still rely on the physical counter. The key is to know the options available and choose the one that is best for you at the time.

What is the Postepay account statement and why is it important

The Postepay account statement is an official summary document that collects all movements made with the card: payments, withdrawals, top-ups and credits. It is valid for any type of Postepay, from Standard to Evolution to Digital.

In addition to offering a clear overview of the balance and trend of expenses over time, this document may be requested for practical and formal purposes, such as accounting controls, justifications of income and expenses or the calculation of average inventory.

Poste Italiane allows you to obtain your account statement through three main channels: app, website and post office. Each method has specific characteristics and different times, but they all allow you to access information securely.

From 9 October 2025, the management of Postepay cards has merged into the Poste Italiane app, which has replaced the previous dedicated applications. This is a single hub, usable from smartphones and tablets, available for both Android and iOS.

After logging in with poste.it credentials and once any security checks have been completed, simply enter the section dedicated to products and select your Postepay. Inside the management screen, the function “Noticeboard” allows you to consult the communications and locate the account statement relating to the period desired. The document is downloadable in PDF and can be saved or shared in just a few taps.

Those who prefer the computer can access the account statement directly from official website of Poste Italiane. After logging in to Internet Banking, simply enter the “Documents and Contracts” section and select the card you are interested in.

By setting the desired time interval, the account statement is made available in the “Reporting” in PDF format. It is important to know that documents older than 36 months are automatically removed, which is why it is advisable to create a personal copy on your device. For those who are not familiar with online services, the physical branch option is always valid.
