There are exceptions that unhinge the consolidated certainties. In fact, talent shows do not always use you, chew you and then they spit you, because Marco Mengoni is one of the few who has survived, in his case a X Factorbuilding a fairytale career. It is no coincidence that at the beginning of career some had sensed that Mengoni could do well by listening to his version of Psycho killer Of the Talking Heads present in the tracklist of the first EP released in 2009. From that album, as in a fairy tale, it was an escalation that today leads him to a tour in the stadiums (for him it is not novelty), which at this lap tries to contaminate pop with the narrative. An ambitious tour that wants to involve the public “bringing” it on stage with its stories, personal and universal. “This tour is me, my experience, my vision of the world, what I have learned over the years: Life is a necessary deconstruction process to reconstruct, and the same happens to society. Music is my way to tell all this and make me aware, finding beauty also in fragility, “says Mengoni.
A show, because these imposing productions cannot be considered simple concerts, but a set of arts at the service of music, treated in detail, from the single image to the colors that will illuminate the stage to the sounds that will act as a foundation for its voice. New arrangements that come together with the choice of decorations for the microphone auction, or to the designs of the costumes, in a celebration that celebrates the reconstruction of life. «I thought that fear was the most painful feeling to live with, I rediscovered nostalgic for that feeling. The abyss had become a place like any other in which to spend my days because it didn’t matter where time did not pass. I didn’t understand the meaning anymore, and maybe I will never understand it. Unfortunately, last year a serious mourning, the disappearance of the motherhe had thrown dark shadows on the singer and now this return to the live may seem a sort of rebirth from the underworld. Because after each fall we look at the ruins we produced, reconstructing on them, but eliminating the superfluous that we had created around. The concert is divided into several chapters: prologue, parodo, episodes, stasimi, exodus and catharsis.
