“This statue it is not just modeled stone, but memory that takes shape and becomes everyone’s heritage. With my wife Gabriella we wanted to take something away from our time to deliver it forever to the community of Martinsicuro. “Neptune God of the Sea was born from the profound connection with our historical roots, with the ancient Truentum and with this land that saw us born, grow and live – declares Alfredo Di Felice – The past is not something distant or concluded, but a bridge that unites us to the present and accompanies us towards the future”.
“The inauguration of the Statue of Neptuneo represents a moment of great value for our community – declares Mayor Massimo Vagnoni – This work is not just an artistic element, but an identity symbol that tells of the profound bond between Martinsicuro and the sea. Heartfelt thanks go to the donors and all the professionals involved for having contributed to leaving a lasting mark on the city, capable of uniting memory, culture and future”.
The municipal administration invites citizens, associations and operators in the area to participate in this important moment of sharing and enhancing the city’s identity.
