Milan is going down, Stellantis and Mps down
Piazza Affari continues down in line with Europe, after the positive start of Wall Street. The FTSE MIB index records -0.72% and 39,656 points. On the price list, eyes focused on bank securities, with the season of the Risiko of the sector more and more in the heart. MPS yields 2.28% after the publication of the prospectus which sets 35% the threshold for the validity of the offer for Mediobanca, which in turn retreats by 0.65%. Banca Popolare di Sondrio recovers at +0.51% at 11,800 euros per share after the relaunch of 1 euro by Bper, which instead retreats by 2.06% to 7.494 euros, prices that (including the euro ‘cash’) bring the actual price of the Opas of the Modenese institute to about 11.40 euros: compared to when the operation was launched, the offer recognizes an award of almost 17%. Among other financials, Intesa -0.91%, Unicredit -1.3%and Ban Bpm -1.13%, Generals gives 0.33%. Tim little move, while Stellantis black shirt, loses 2.55%. Among the main energy Enel and Eni respectively to +0.25% and -0.64%.
