Table biaIrish government body for the promotion of food & beverage products of the island of Smeraldo (Ireland), has appointed Perfect Francesca a Italian director. After the master’s degree in Business Management at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, in 2015 he began his professional experience in Bia Bia and, covering roles of growing responsibility, he came to 2018 to hold the assignment of Market Specialist, which allowed her to acquire a thorough knowledge of the sector food&beverage in Italy.
During these years, Perfect has contributed to developing strategic collaborations with the aim of promoting knowledge of Irish agri -food in the country, thanks to projects such as the Chefs’ Irish beef club– Exclusive selection of over 90 of the most important Italian and international chefs that serve and promote Irish beef in their gourmet restaurants, and the partnership with Jre-Italyan association that collects the younger and representative chefs of the high catering, to enhance the quality and taste of the products of the island of Smeraldo.
Starting from May 2025, perfect as director guides the Italian headquarters of Bia Bia, taking care of strengthening connections with customers, creating new ones partnership strategic, promote theinnovationand spread the quality and sustainability of Irish agri -food production through B2B and B2C communication campaigns.
