There are new developments regarding the arrest of Daniel Nilsson. The model, known by the general public for having been one of the “bonuses” of the program “Come on another”he had been stopped by the Carabinieri of Cervinia, in the province of Aosta, following a report of a passerby who had seen him discuss animatedly with a woman in the city center.
The details of the arrest had been released by Ansa. The girlfriend, in the barracks, then showed the signs of the beatings, explaining that it was not the first time that the partner had violent attitudes towards him. Now it is Fanpage to spread new details: according to the site, the court of Aosta would have validated the state of detention, and the model will therefore remain in prison but could soon be released and placed under house arrest.
While the statements of Nilsson’s partner were already leaked, there had never been comments from the accused. A few hours ago Valeria Fadda, her lawyer, spoke with the press explaining that the Aosta investigating judge will have to make a short decision regarding the request for pre -trial detention. The lawyer then added that his client currently “denies having beaten his partner”, adding that it was only a heated discussion and making it clear that the decision to oblige his client to wear the electronic bracelet was excessive or at least premature.
“The electronic bracelet is mandatory when it comes to red code” – explains the lawyer – “We are confident and we await the release to face a trial. Obviously, given the accusation, which lites the image of my client, I would like to acquitt full acquittal for him.”
