The obstacle to negotiation is the defender’s high salary
Napoli and Paris Saint-Germain opened negotiations that would result in Khvicha Kvaratskhelia going to the French capital club, and in return, defender Milan Skriniar would join the Neapolitan team. The obstacle in the negotiations is the high salary that the Slovak defender receives in the Parisian team. The southern Italian team wants to renew the player’s contract.
