Lola Ponce, who is her husband Aaron Diaz / “Everything was incredible”, a strange marriage and a special bond
Aaron Diaz is the charming husband of the singer and showgirl Lola Ponce, team leader in the program Io Canto Senior, a program that will be shown in prime time on Friday 10 January 2025. The two are very close and the woman has repeatedly underlined how the her man is fundamental to her life, both private and working, giving him constant help.
Aaron Diaz was born in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on June 7, 1982. His father Gilberto is Mexican while his mother Regina is American. The man speaks both English and Spanish and this has helped his adaptation to the world of cinema; he has a sister named Natalia. Like Lola, Aaron also started with soap operas, starting with small roles and then slowly becoming protagonists.
It was on set that Aaron and Lola met, when they both participated in the Mexican soap opera El Talisman and on that occasion the two played two brothers. It was 2013 and since then the two have never been separated again. A year later Erin was born immediately, then in the following year she had her second daughter. In 2014 the two got married. Their love continues unabated.

Aaron Diaz had a previous marriage to Lola Ponce, the man divorced Kate del Castillo a few months earlier to meet the beautiful ‘Esmeralda’. The two then made their story official in 2012 and during an interview with Chi Lola Ponce talked about their strange marriage in Morocco:
“Aaron took me to a spectacular dream villa and only there I discovered that it was ours. Shortly before the house was empty, we go with the girls and I discover that there was a notary. He stops me and says ‘From today you are my woman’ and he says ‘I am already your woman’, then he says ‘From today you are my bride’, I was in a t-shirt and we got married in the kitchen” . Only then did the two get married in an intimate ceremony with friends and relatives.
At the moment the couple has two children but the two actors have repeatedly reiterated that they do not rule out expanding their family further. The two have a great relationship and Aaron follows Lola everywhere, the woman recently said: “My husband Aaron is incredible, I accepted Io Canto Generation because I knew he could follow me. We are always together.”
