Italian Cup final, big screen in the center on Wednesday: changes to traffic

As announced in recent days, the Municipality of Bergamo confirms its commitment to the giant screen in the city center on the occasion of the 2023/2024 Frecciarossa Italian Cup final between Atalanta and Juventus. The screen, created thanks to the collaboration of Italian Optic, partner of the event, will be in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, on the avenue and in conjunction with the Torre dei Caduti. Viale Roma will therefore be interrupted a few hours before the event, starting from 2pmwhen the screen setup operations will begin. The pedestrianization of the area and access control will take place around 7pm, with the definitive closure of the area.

Piazza Vittorio Veneto will be divided into sectors. Local police officers will be manning the gates together with a group of stewards. It will still be allowed to enter – after completing the checks – the area marked out for the event and reach places of interest such as offices and shops: these people will then have to leave the area.
